All-Inclusive Package

$15,000.00 for up to 100 guests
Additional guests billed at $120/guest

+$7,000 venue fee (Saturdays) or $6,000 venue fee (Sun-Fri)

DAY OF COORDINATION

Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process
* Unlimited email and text communications from the date of contract
* Unlimited phone communication starting 90 days prior to your event
* Detail meeting at the venue 30-90 days prior to your event
* Advice on how to personalize your ceremony & reception
* Creation + distribution of the final timeline + layout to vendors
* One hour rehearsal coordination
* Day-of coordination of all deliveries and vendors
* Day-of management of load-in and set-up
* Wedding day emergency kit including thread, needles, safety pins
* Greet your guests and direct them to the appropriate areas
* Assist guests with special needs
* Line up + cue the wedding party at ceremony start time
* Cue the bride and help fluff train before she walks down the aisle
* Direct wedding party to photographer and guests to cocktail reception after ceremony
* Organize the grand entrance/lines up wedding party in correct order
* Delivers extra attention to parents and special guests
* Coordinates with caterer and DJ to ensure seamless execution of the timeline
* Helps to gather personal belongings of bridal party and guests to reduce lost items
* Supervise clean-up and load-out process for all vendors

CATERING
* Three appetizers from our menu (served tray passed or stationary for up to one hour)
* Two entrees (one chicken, one beef) from our menu, served buffet style (plated dinner service and/or protein upgrades available)
* Four side dishes from our menu
* Bread + butter
* Onsite kitchen team + all necessary service staff

BAR
* Professional, uniformed bartender staff
* ABC licensing and liquor liability insurance
* 6’ portable bar
* Four hours of bar service (begins after ceremony + ends 30 mins prior to end time)
* Bar includes the following:
- Tito’s and Absolut Vodka
- Gordons Gin
- Seagram’s 7
- Jack Daniels
- Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- Jose Cuervo Tequila
- Brandy, Kahlua, Midori, Apple Pucker, Triple Sec, Amaretto, Peach Schnapps
- Your choice of 3 wines (provided by Salmon Creek)
- Your choice of 2 domestic + 2 import/craft beers from our menu
- Mixers to include: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Tonic, Club Soda, Ginger Ale, Orange Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Pineapple Juice, Cranberry Juice, Lime Juice, Sweet n Sour Mix, Milk, Vermouth
- Garnishes + condiments to include: lemons, limes, cherries, olives, margarita salt, cocktail napkins, stir straws, two sizes of clear plastic beverage cups.
Contents of bar package could change based on availability and partner relationships; but any changes would be replaced with equivalent substitutes.

IS THERE ANYTHING NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE?
We have left the following vendors out of our base package to allow you to customize your vendors to your liking. We have recommendations for all of the following but do not automatically include them in the listed package price.

* Gratuities
We kindly ask you consider industry standards of 18-20% of the total, less the site use fee. A tip jar for the bartenders will be on the bar. (Add $5.00 per person,  if you do not want it out).
